破解公共住房贫困集中的可持续城市主义路径

摘要
历史上,大量美国和欧洲的公共住房项目都存在贫困集中或居住隔离的现象,这归因于社会、经济、种族等因素以及这些因素共同作用的结果。本文对美国通过HOPE VI基金实现公共住房拆除和混合功能居住区重建展开研究。在场地调研、视觉资料、访谈以及对档案、报道和科学论文进行分析的基础上,运用定性的混合方法进行分析。通过对美国三个城市的项目进行实地考察,判断可持续的城市化模式是否能够为欧洲大城市失败的、疏离的郊区居住模式提供一种替代方案。将可持续的城市化概念应用于欧洲居住区是一个可能的发展方向,针对此,本文的研究成果将为隔离和贫困的欧洲城市居住区的城市更新这一复杂问题提供分析和解决问题的途径。进而基于"未来图景方法"提出一系列有价值的战略。最后,本文将对HOPE VI的工作进行集中性和建设性批评。
