摘要：

<正>多药耐药相关蛋白2(MRP2/ABCC2)属于ABC转运蛋白超家族,肝脏细胞所表达的MRP2,能介导一些有机阴离子的转运,例如葡萄糖醛酸盐结合物等物质的转运[1]。胆汁酸盐输出泵转运蛋白(BSEP)是肝脏中参与胆汁外排转运的另一重要的转运体,主要介导单价胆汁酸、硫酸盐胆酸等转运过程。在肝细胞中MRP2和BSEP相互协调,可以介导胆汁的排泄,这两种转运体的表达均可以在转录和转录后两个
