社会资本对银行贷款契约的影响

本文从社会信任、社会参与、社会组织、社会慈善四个维度度量了中国30个省、直辖市的社会资本发展水平,并运用因子分析法提取社会资本的共因子,构建社会资本的综合分数。本文以2010～2012年间可连续获得相关信息的391家非金融类上市公司组成的平衡面板数据为样本,应用随机效应模型和Logit模型实证检验社会资本对银行贷款契约(包括贷款利率、贷款金额、贷款期限和贷款担保四个方面)的影响作用。研究发现:社会资本通过社会信任、社会惩罚、社会参与、社会网络四种机制对银行贷款契约产生影响作用,即上市公司所属地区的社会资本发展水平越高,银行贷款利率越低、贷款金额越高、贷款期限越长、贷款担保要求越宽松。
