摘要：

转诊模式的描述性框架是转诊研究的基础性工具。本研究在总结国内外转诊模式研究的基础上,将转诊作为一个系统,构建了包含转诊决策、转诊服务、专科/医院服务可及性、转诊规模和转诊质量管理等五要素的转诊模式描述性框架。依据该描述性框架,分析国外转诊模式的特点,提出优化我国转诊模式的建议。
