选择性痔上黏膜切除钉合术与痔上黏膜环切钉合术的对比研究

摘要：

目的探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除钉合术(TST)治疗痔病的安全性、有效性和优越性。方法选取Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔病患者纳入TST治疗组44例和痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)对照组42例,并比较观察两组患者的手术资料和术后情况。结果 TST组的手术用时(17.7±3.4)min,出血量(5.7±2.3)mL。TST组患者在术后12 h和术后第7天疼痛评分较PPH组低,急便感的患者例数在初次排便、术后第3天和术后第7天较PPH组少。TST组中26例患者肛管直肠动力学检测肛管长度、最大收缩压、初始感觉阈值和最大感觉阈值手术前后比较差异无统计学意义。结论 TST对Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔病患者的治疗效果与PPH相似。TST是一项安全、有效、微创、符合肛门直肠生理的治疗痔病的新技术。
