NO,SOD,MDA与缺血性脑血管病的关系研究

摘要
目的 :探讨缺血性脑血管病患者不同时期血清一氧化氮 (NO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)的变化。方法 :检测 2 4例短暂性脑缺血 (TIA)、 5 2例脑梗死、 45例脑动脉硬化患者不同时期血清 NO,SOD及 MDA含量变化并与 2 8例健康人作对照分析。结果 :与健康对照组比较 :急性期血清 NO水平 ,TIA组与脑梗死组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;脑动脉硬化组明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;各患者组 SOD活性明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;MDA含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。恢复期 TIA组与脑梗死组 NO水平较急性期明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,稍高于健康对照组 ,但无统计学意义 ;SOD活性较急性期明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,但仍明显低于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;MDA含量较急性期明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,稍高于健康对照组 ,但无统计学意义。结论 :在缺血性脑血管病发展过程中 ,NO水平既可发挥神经保护作用又具有神经毒性作用 ,SOD能增强 NO的保护作用 ,MDA作为氧自由基有神经毒性作用。
