<正>2009年美国酒精性肝病指南指出,美国成年人中近2/3饮酒。重度饮酒者中90%以上有一定程度的酒精性脂肪变(alcoholic steatosis,AS),10%～35%可发展为酒精性肝炎(alcoholic hepatitis,AH),10%～20%可发展为酒精性肝硬化(alcoholic liver cirrhosis,ALC)。2008年对我国东北地区178例失代偿期肝硬化患者的病因统计结果显示,单纯
