双介入治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸发展及现状

摘要：

恶性梗阻性黄疸一经发现多已失去外科手术的机会,经皮经肝胆道引流术(PTBD)或内支架植入能引流淤滞胆汁从而能较好地改善患者临床症状,却未能针对肿瘤加以治疗,从而不能明显延长患者的生存期。内支架植入联合放疗、动脉灌注化疗、支架内射频消融等双介入治疗方式能在解决患者黄疸症状的同时处理肿瘤问题,是更为理想的治疗方式。现就内支架植入术联合放疗、动脉灌注化疗及支架内射频消融的应用及其治疗效果作一综述。
