DMSO诱导下蛋白激酶C与HL-60细胞分化的关系

摘要
HL-60细胞在DMSO诱导下沿粒细胞方向分化,120h NBT+细胞达84%。细胞经诱导24h蛋白激酶C活性增加,72h为未诱导细胞的2.7倍。酶活性的增加,主要是由于细胞浆部分而不是细胞膜部分可溶性酶活性改变的结果。分化诱导剂DMSO本身不能直接激活蛋白激酶C,提示DMSO对酶活性的影响是间接的。
