摘要
乳脂肪球表皮生长因子8(milk fat globule epidermal growth factor 8,MFG-E8)作为一种细胞膜上的亲脂性糖蛋白,可能参与多种细胞间的相互作用,具有抗炎、促进巨噬细胞对凋亡细胞的吞噬、促进血管增生、促进黏膜修复等多种功能。MFG-E8也因此成为近几年的研究热点。在胃肠道疾病中,肠黏膜的损伤是溃疡性结肠炎、胰腺炎、克罗恩病等发生、发展的重要因素,阻断肠黏膜损伤、促进肠黏膜修复对疾病的治疗具有重要意义。近年来已有大量研究表明MFG-E8对于肠道黏膜损伤有明显的抗炎、促进肠黏膜修复的作用。本文就MFG-E8对肠黏膜保护作用的研究进展作一概述。
