摘要：

近年来越来越多的研究发现,细胞间粘附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)在介导并参与心肌细胞坏死过程中起着关键作用,ICAM-1抗体治疗能减少坏死心肌细胞数量,从而减轻充血性心力衰竭、心肌梗死程度,本文就此内容作一简要综述。
