预测心力衰竭患者肾功能恶化血清学指标的研究进展

摘要
心力衰竭(心衰)患者合并肾功能不全与临床预后密切相关,肾功能不全传统的生化标志物异常往往出现较晚,不具有早期预警价值。该文主要介绍对心衰患者发生肾功能恶化具有预测价值并和预后相关的血清学指标的最新研究进展。
