伴躯体疼痛症状抑郁症患者的临床特点和生活质量

摘要：

目的研究伴躯体疼痛症状抑郁症患者的临床特点和生活质量。方法对126例伴疼痛症状的抑郁症患者(研究组)和110例不伴疼痛症状的抑郁症患者(对照组),用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、自制疼痛部位及部位个数调查表,进行相关对比分析。结果研究组的HAMD、HAMA总分平均值均明显高于对照组[(28.5±5.1)分vs(22.3±4.3)分;(26.6±10.9)分vs(15.4±9.6)分],二者差异有显著性(P<0.01);研究组生活质量评分低于对照组[(51.5±13.2)分vs(63.6±7.0)分],二者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。抑郁的严重程度与疼痛严重程度显著相关(r=0.48,P<0.01),与疼痛部位数呈弱相关(r=0.31,P<0.01),与疼痛部位无明显相关性(r=0.12,P>0.05)。生活质量与疼痛评分显著相关(r=0.52,P<0.01)。结论伴躯体疼痛症状的抑郁症的抑郁、焦虑程度较不伴疼痛症状的抑郁症重、生活质量较差,且其抑郁的严重程度和生活质量受疼痛强度或疼痛部位数目的影响。
