丹参、川芎嗪及糖皮质激素对肺纤维化保护作用的实验观察

摘要：

以平阳霉素气管内一次给药复制小白鼠肺纤维化模塑。观察了丹参注射液、川芎嗪注射液及氢化考的松琥珀酸钠对该模型发生的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下,丹参及川芎嗪对肺纤维化发生的抑制作用似优于氢化考的松。讨论了其作用的可能机理。
