双膦酸盐类药治疗恶性肿瘤高钙血症临床观察

摘要：

目的　观察双膦酸盐类治疗恶性肿瘤高钙血症的疗效。方法　对 8例恶性肿瘤高钙血症患者应用双膦酸盐类治疗 11次 ,所用双膦酸盐类有羟乙膦酸二钠、氯屈膦酸二钠、帕米膦酸二钠。结果　用药后血离子钙浓度均有下降 ,CR+PR者达 90 .9%。血钙维持正常时间为 1～ 30 0天 ,中位时间 14天 ,生存期 1.5～ 9月 ,平均生存期 3.5月。高钙血症相关症状消失或减轻。未见明显毒副反应。结论　双膦酸盐类对恶性高钙血症有较好疗效 ,但维持时间短暂 ,应联合其它抗肿瘤措施以延长生命。
