权变视角下联盟组合配置战略对绩效的影响

摘要：

鉴于联盟组合实证研究的不足,以2006～2013年中国生物医药制品上市企业为研究对象,运用层次回归分析的方法,以权变的视角探讨企业年龄、高管团队异质性程度、竞争战略类型如何影响联盟组合配置战略与绩效的关系,实证表明:企业年龄、差异化战略、高管团队的年龄异质性、高管团队的性别异质性正向地调节探索式的联盟组合配置战略与企业绩效之间的关系;低成本战略、高管团队的教育背景异质性正向地调节利用式的联盟组合配置战略与企业绩效之间的关系。企业在实施战略时不应只局限于考虑战略行为本身的优劣性,而应综合考虑企业行为活动的匹配性,思考战略行为发生作用的条件。
