摘要：

用卡介菌提出之多糖核酸进行一系列生化生物检测、动物试验和临床试用,证明它有明显的佐剂作用。经它预处理的小鼠,对仙台病毒滴鼻感染的抵抗力明显增强;其腹腔巨噬细胞在感染后1小时的吞噬和杀病毒作用也明显增强。感冒易感者经它治疗后,T细胞功能恢复,病情明显好转。
