摘要：

目的　探讨逆行股骨髓内钉在C3型股骨远端骨折中的重建作用和疗效。方法　对 12例因C3型股骨远端骨折 ,采用逆行股骨髓内钉行骨折重建术的病例进行随访 ,平均年龄 39 2岁 ,伤后至手术时间平均为 10 3d ,11例合并其他部位骨折。 12例均辅以髁部螺钉、钢丝固定 ,其中 5例使用骨螺栓 ,9例行髁部植骨 ,7例术后应用石膏临时固定 ,平均随访时间 13 2个月。结果　 12例均骨性愈合 ,无感染。 2例继发膝关节僵直 ,内固定取出时一并行松解术。 2例发生畸形愈合 ,其中 1例并发创伤性关节炎。 12例膝关节活动度平均 85 5°。结论　利用逆行股骨髓内钉行C3型股骨远端骨折重建 ,能提供较强的即刻稳定 ,有利于骨折愈合及功能恢复 ,是一种较好的选择
