Hs-CRP和NSE在急性脑梗死预测中的临床意义

摘要
目的 探讨脑梗死患者血清高敏C 反应蛋白(Hs- CRP)和神经元烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量变化,及其在脑梗死发生过程中的作用和意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测55 例脑梗死患者、32例其他疾病对照组和40例正常健康对照组的血清Hs-CRP和NSE含量。结果 (1)脑梗死患者血清中Hs CRP、NSE含量较两对照组显著升高。( 2)脑梗死患者血清Hs CRP、NSE含量变化与梗死灶大小关系密切。结论 监测脑梗死患者血清Hs CRP、NSE含量变化有助于判断病灶大小。
