维生素C抗断奶应激及对仔猪免疫机能的影响

摘要
本试验研究维生素C抗断奶应激 ,对 2 8日龄断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫机能的影响。试验采用 4 8头仔猪 ,随机分为两个处理 ,每个处理 6个重复 ,每个重复 4头猪。试验日粮在对照日粮的基础上添加 30 0mg/kg维生素C ;试验期为 2 1天。试验结果表明 ,VC使仔猪血清球蛋白和球 /清比增加 ,免疫机能增强 ;血浆铁和总铁结合力有升高的趋势 ,表明VC有改善肠道铁吸收的能力 ;血清磷酸肌酸激酶活性显著下降 ;但卵清蛋白抗体滴度和植物凝集素诱导的皮褶厚度无差异 ;VC对仔猪生产性能没有影响
