摘要：

前五代创新模型部分地揭示了创新发生的原因、创新的意义和创新过程,第六代创新模型是基于知识的(与第五代基于信息的模型不同)和连通性的(与第五代基于正式的网络的模型不同),发现创新是集体学习的结果,同时,它关系到企业内部将不同的知识源泉联系起来以及企业之间的通过网络的创立这两个不同的方面。而社会资本是保证创新实现的机制,是联系企业内部知识及企业之间知识的纽带。
