摘要：

1984年北京市70万人群脑卒中流行病学调查显示:25～74岁年龄段共发生脑卒中845例,发病率193.8/10万。首次发病509例,首次发病率116.7/10万。全国人口标化率183.5/10万,世界人口标化率239.4/10万。其中脑梗塞占53.6%,出血性脑卒中占41.8%。脑卒中急性期(4周以内)病死率39.5%。
