摘要
目的:3,4′,5-三羟基芪-3-β-单-D-葡萄糖苷(Polydatin,Pol)对兔颈动脉内皮损伤性血栓形成的影响.方法:采用胰蛋白酶损伤兔颈动脉内皮诱导血栓形成模型.结果:Pol iv 5或10 mg·kg-1均可显著减少血栓湿重(P<0.05,P<0.01)并抑制血小板聚集(P<0.05,P<0.01).Pol 0.30—1.15 mmol·L-1抑制血小板TXA2生成(P<0.05,P<0.01),不影响人脐静脉内皮细胞生成PGI2.结论:Pol具有抗血栓作用;不减少PGI2,选择性抑制TXA2是其重要机制之一.
