电子期刊是图书馆馆藏建设的重点,但其逐年增长的采购成本困扰和制约着国内外图书馆的发展。分析了国外图书馆电子期刊交易困境,并对具有代表性的UO和SIUC图书馆的应对实践进行评介,最后提出建议。
