摘要：

血栓的形成反映了止凝血机制的失衡。内皮细胞合成一系列因子来影响止凝血系统 ,其中包括促凝因子、抗凝因子、细胞粘附分子、血管舒缩因子和细胞存活信号。糖尿病状态下内皮细胞功能的改变可诱导血栓的形成。本篇主要从促凝血因子 ,细胞粘附分子 ,血管舒缩因子的失衡 ,细胞存活信号的改变等几方面综述了糖尿病内皮细胞功能受损与血栓形成之间的联系
