摘要：

炎症反应是各类心脏疾病发生、发展的重要环节,主要表现为各种炎症因子的释放和炎症细胞的浸润,在心肌梗死、心衰、心肌重构中发挥重要作用。β-肾上腺素能受体(β受体)是调节心脏功能的主要受体,β受体兴奋后导致许多炎症因子的变化,两者之间的信号通路非常复杂,本文将探讨β受体与主要炎症因子之间的信号转导机制。
