家族企业上下属关系和员工工作绩效的实证分析

摘要
"关系"是我国家族企业运作的基本特征,良好的上下属关系能赢得下属对领导的信任,进而在不同程度上影响到员工的工作绩效。研究发现,上下属关系与领导信任和工作绩效呈正相关关系,情感承诺和交易承诺分别对上下属关系与任务绩效之间起负向调节作用;情感承诺对上下属关系与人际促进之间起正向的调节作用;同时领导信任在上下属关系与工作绩效之间起中介作用。
