摘要：

<正>老年期抑郁障碍（late life depression,LLD）指年龄60岁及以上的老年人中出现的抑郁障碍[1-2],其在老年人群中是一种较常见的精神障碍,在伴发躯体疾病患者中患病率可能更高,不仅损害老年患者的生活质量和社会功能,而且增加照料者的负担。老年人群中合并各种脑器质性疾病和躯体疾病的抑郁发作较常见。本共识中的抑郁障碍不仅包括抑郁症,还包括其他疾病学分类中的抑郁发作。
