关节牵伸术在下肢骨关节炎中的治疗作用

摘要：

<正>骨关节炎是一种退行性的骨关节病,大约有10%以上的成年人患有此病,其特征为关节软骨的破坏、软骨下骨硬化、不同程度的继发性炎症,晚期骨关节炎外科治疗的基本原则是关节融合或关节置换。关节融合丧失关节活动,易造成其他邻近关节的过度负重而继发关节退变和疼痛;关节置换目前主要用于髋、膝关节,随着使用年限的延长,部分患者需行关节翻修手术。关节牵伸术已被用于治疗骨关节炎。迄今为止,已发表的研究认为其疗效不仅可以维持术后几年,而且其功能在治疗后的几年中随着时间的延长而进一步改善。
