传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)是儿童原发性EB病毒感染的典型表现。国外的诊断标准不适合我国儿童EB病毒IM的诊断。本文介绍儿童EB病毒IM的临床特征、适合我国儿童EB病毒IM的诊断标准及处理原则。
