摘要：

急性缺血性脑卒中(Acute Ischemic Stroke,AIS)是指由于脑的供血动脉(颈动脉或椎动脉系统)狭窄或闭塞、脑供血不足导致的脑组织坏死的总称。AIS的治疗方法很多,有卒中单元、溶栓治疗、抗血小板治疗、抗凝治疗等。但是尽快再通闭塞血管、恢复脑组织供血仍是最直接、最有效的方法。本文就AIS血管再通治疗策略(静脉溶栓、动脉溶栓、血管内机械取栓治疗)与展望做一述评。
