工程项目业主与承包商信任问题研究综述

摘要：

工程项目业主与承包商信任研究经历了从借鉴性到基于项目情景分析的发展脉络。不同区域承发包市场、业主与承包商信任形成的前因要素、对信任的感知都存在差异。同时还发现统一于项目治理框架内的信任与控制具有互补性;信任通过项目管理与治理等中介变量促进项目成功。最后提出了未来研究趋势。
