摘要：

Postoperative pain management may modulate the level of cytokine such as IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α,etc.The analgesic techniques include epidural analgesia,intravenous analgesia,multimodal analgesia and preemptive analgesia.This review outlines the function of cytokines in the postoperative pain and the effect of different analgesic method on cytokine production in the postoperative period.
