摘要
超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)是一种广泛存在于细胞内的清除超氧阴离子自由基的金属酶,SOD特别是SOD1对于维持细胞的正常生命活动起着重要的作用。SOD1具有抗氧化,防衰老,防止细胞核内DNA损伤、调节氧和葡萄糖的信号传递等维持正常细胞活性的重要生理功能。但是,癌细胞内SOD1的高表达,由于其能够有效地清除胞内超氧阴离子自由基而促进癌细胞的生长繁殖。本文对有关SOD1抑制剂与癌症的研究进展做一简要综述。
