摘要：

论文对国外发达国家的在线信息素养教育发展现状进行分析,指出其在方式、内容、媒体形式、合作开发等方面的特征,并分析了从加强合作、扩展形式、完善内容、加强个性化服务等方面对我国开展大学生在线信息素养教育的一些启示。
