摘要：

建立了科技企业孵化器知识转移影响因素模型,并列出4类知识转移的影响因素:知识提供方的资源和能力、知识接收方的资源和能力、知识属性和组织间的动态性。结合这些影响因素,对科技企业孵化器知识转移路径进行了系统分析。
