摘要
抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性系统性血管炎(AAV)是一组ANCA阳性,累及中、小血管的自身免疫性疾病。辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、调节性T细胞(Treg)平衡对于维持体内免疫功能正常至关重要。Th17细胞是一种新型的Th细胞亚群,通过分泌IL-17(IL-17A和IL-17F)、IL-21、IL-22等多种细胞因子募集中性粒细胞、促进炎性反应。Treg细胞是CD4+效应T细胞的一个亚群,由大量TGF-β诱导分化而成,Treg细胞在自身免疫性疾病中具有维持免疫稳定及防止组织损伤的重要作用。Th17/Treg平衡调控,即Th17细胞数量增多、功能亢进和(或)Treg细胞数量减少、功能降低可能参与了AAV的发生、发展。
