摘要：

风险沟通与危机沟通是既有区别又有联系的概念。本文系统地梳理了学术界关于风险沟通和危机沟通的相关研究,分析了二者之间的区别和联系,并介绍了危机与突发事件风险沟通的整合模式,以便能够对我国突发性公共安全事件的预防、处置以及危机管理的相关研究和实践有所助益。
