摘要：
The food is a strategy supply, which is of vital important to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Staple food supply, play a very important part in Chinese reformation. To make a serious study and deepen understanding of the regulation and characteristics on Chinese food production fluctuation, and defense the influence arising therefrom, which have the important meaning for stabilize food production development, protect and increase the ability of food production, increase farmer's income, extend the village consumption, ensure satisfy in the needs of the society economy development on food continuously increased, maintain national security, overall planning economy development between town and country, and carry comfortably-off society complete development
