摘要：

血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)是内皮细胞分裂,血管形成及血管通透性因子。在中枢神经系统,除了其血管形成作用外,VEGF同样具有重要的神经营养及神经保护等作用。本文对VEGF的生物学行为及VEGF与脑梗死的关系进行综述。
