从新视角评价非酒精性脂肪性肝炎动物模型

摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)并不是一种单纯的肝脏疾病,而是与代谢综合征的各个组分密切相关。因此,合适的NASH动物模型应具备代谢综合征中其他组分,如肥胖、高脂血症、胰岛素抵抗的表现,从而为研究NASH的发病机制和寻求有效的综合临床治疗策略搭建良好的实验平台。本文从是否合并代谢综合征其他组分的角度评价现有不同种系NASH动物模型的优劣。
