摘要：

冷冻活检是一种新的活检方式,其原理是通过冷冻时的黏附效应,即通过冷冻探头尖端迅速降温,将探头周围的组织冷冻凝固,将支气管镜、冷冻探头一同拔出时通过黏附力从而获取靶组织.国外已多项研究证实其安全性和有效性,国内仅见个案报道,本文旨在对冷冻活检的临床研究进展进行总结,为临床应用或研究提供参考。
