切削过程中悬浮粉尘颗粒的空间分布特性研究

在分析切削粉尘产生和扩散机理及其影响因素的基础上,提出使用粉尘浓度分布的相对指标来描述悬浮粉尘颗粒空间分布特性。通过对典型材料的车削实验,测得不同切削速度的机床附近若干空间点的粉尘浓度;对实验数据进行二维三次插值处理,获得直观的粉尘浓度分布等值线图;计算了不同方向间和同方向不同距离处粉尘浓度的变异系数。通过数值分析发现,在低速切削时粉尘浓度分布具有明显方向性和浓度梯度,而在高速切削时粉尘浓度分布在各方向上相对均匀,且浓度梯度小。上述研究结果可为粉尘空间的粉尘控制提供参考。
