栀子苷治疗糖尿病及其并发症的分子机制研究进展

摘要
糖尿病是一种以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,可引起多种并发症,主要表现在全身微循环的障碍,如肾、眼、心血管及神经等慢性损伤。栀子苷是栀子的主要有效成分,其水解苷元为京尼平。有研究报道,栀子苷具有降低血糖,改善糖尿病并发症病理变化的作用,有望成为糖尿病治疗的潜在药物。本文对近年来栀子苷和京尼平治疗糖尿病的相关研究进行总结,以期为深入研究其治疗糖尿病的分子机制提供思路。
