摘要
:
随着植物分子生物学的迅猛发展 ,诞生了许多直接操作DNA的新技术 ,分子标记便是其中之一。这种技术不仅能在分子水平上直接测定出遗传物质DNA的变异性 ,而且还能将正确的育种策略付诸实践加速育种进程。本文概要介绍这种技术的特点以及在植物育种中的应用
