摘要：

本研究系统地总结了创业者人格特质的内涵,特别关注了已有文献对创业者人格特质的概念及其维度划分,发现外向性、神经质、宜人性、严谨性、经验开放性和风险承担等是其主要特质。关于创业者人格特质对创业产出的影响一直是已有研究关注的焦点,并且存在争论。本研究对相关研究脉络进行系统梳理,发现相关研究经历着从早期分析创业者人格特质的直接影响,转向从认知视角、行动理论视角、战略导向视角以及学习视角等来揭示创业者人格特质对创业产出的间接影响,以试图解决相关研究存在的争论。最后,本研究基于已有研究不足提出未来若干研究方向。
