<正>对肿瘤家庭聚集性的研究表明,遗传因素对包括肺癌在内的恶性肿瘤的发生具有重要影响。在肺癌流行病学研究方面,以往对吸烟和肿瘤家族史的单独研究相对较多,而对两者之间联合作用的研究较少。本研究拟对肿瘤家族史和吸烟与肺癌发生之间的关联及其交互作用进行深入探讨。1对象与方法
