摘要
权力感知在长期的权力研究中是一个薄弱点,本文首先界定权力感知的概念,着重探讨了权力感知的三个前因:领导者的结构地位、领导者的个性特征和领导者的行为,以及权力感知的三种过程:认同-依赖过程、基于认知的过程以及基于推断的过程,最后提出了一个概念模型。
