<正>1 NHS和NHS的IT项目简介1.1 NHS简介NHS(National HealthService),即英国国家医疗服务体系,由工党政府在1948年正式建立,是英国社会福利制度中最重要的部分之一。凡有收入的英国公民都必须参加社会保险,不论收入如何,均按统一的标准缴纳保险费和享受有关福利,福利系统由政府统一管理实行。
