摘要：

作为需求侧创新政策的重要工具之一,近年来,政府采购在各国推行的需求侧创新计划中位于核心地位。本文在阐释政府采购促进自主创新的基本原理基础上,剖析了中国政府采购促进自主创新的政策现状,并提出了相应的政策建议。
